Accounts Receivable Invoice Inquiry FAQ

Question: When a user clicks the Related Orders button in the ribbon in Invoice Inquiry, the following message appears: You are not authorized to run this program. See your Systems Administrator for help. Program Name: <program name>. Instead of this message, the Order Relationship Inquiry window should appear. The user already has access to Order Relationship Inquiry. Is there a security setting that is not allowing the user to display Order Relationship Inquiry?

Answer: The Related Orders button in the ribbon will only open Order Relationship Inquiry if the user has access to it in the Customer Service or Electronic Data Interchange modules. In User or Group Security Maintenance, the user must be given access to Order Relationship Inquiry from the Customer Service module’s Order Inquiries menu or the Electronic Data Interchange module's Inquiries menu.
