Purpose

View the relationship between orders, pick demands, invoices, shipments, and bills of lading.

Overview

Use Order Relationship Inquiry to display the relationships between orders, pick demands, invoices, shipments, and bills of lading.

Using the Inquiry

To use Order Relationship Inquiry:

Select whether to view relationships for a specific order, pick demand, invoice, shipment, or bill of lading.
Enter the order, pick demand, invoice, shipment, or bill of lading number for which you want to display relationships in the Order Number, Pick Demand Number, Reference Number, Shipment Number, or BOL Number field.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon. The information for the related order, pick demands, and/or invoices appears.
If necessary, double-click an order, pick demand, or invoice to drill down to more detailed information.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Order Relationship Inquiry window.
Show Data	Click this button to display relationships for the selected order, pick demand, or invoice.
Order Lines	Click this button to display Line Items, which allows you to view line items for the selected order.
Order Detail	Click this button to display Order Entry, which allows you to view details for the selected order and edit the order. Note If you are not authorized to use Order Entry, Order Inquiry appears instead, and allows you to view details for the selected order.
Invoice Detail	Click this button to display Invoice Inquiry, which allows you to view detailed information for the selected invoice.
Pick Demand Detail	Click this button to display Pick Confirm Inquiry, which allows you to view detailed information for the selected pick demand.
Pick Lines	Click this button to display Pick Demand Items, which allows you to view line items for the selected pick demand.
Bill of Lading	Click this button to display Bill of Lading Inquiry, which allows you to view bill of lading information for the selected bill of lading.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Orders/Pick Demands/A/R Invoices/Shipment/BOL	Select whether to view relationships for an order, pick demand, invoice, shipment, or bill of lading.
Order Number/Pick Demand Number/Reference Number/Shipment Number/BOL Number	Enter the order, pick demand, invoice, shipment, or bill of lading number for which you want to view relationships.
Orders	This grid displays information for orders related to a pick demand, an invoice, a shipment, or a bill of lading, and only appears if you select the Pick Demands, A/R Invoices, Shipment, or BOL radio button. Double-click an order to display Line Items, which allows you to view line items for the order.
Pick Demands	This grid displays information for pick demands related to an order, an invoice, a shipment, or a bill of lading, and only appears if you select the Orders, A/R Invoices, Shipment, or BOL radio button. Double-click a pick demand to display Pick Demand Items, which displays line items for the pick demand.
Invoices	This grid displays information for invoices related to an order or pick demand, and only appears if you select the Orders or Pick Demands radio button. Double-click an invoice to display Invoice Inquiry, which displays detail information for the invoice.
