Question: How is the Advanced Packaging feature turned on for pick demand confirmation?
Answer: Advanced packaging can be activated in three ways:
To enable advanced packaging for a user ID, select Yes in the Use Advanced Packaging field in User Profile Maintenance.
To enable advanced packaging for a zone, select Yes in the Use Advanced Packaging field in Zone Maintenance.
To generally enable advanced packaging, select the Use Advanced Packaging check box in Customer Service Control Maintenance.
The setting in User Profile Maintenance has priority over the setting in Zone Maintenance, and the setting in Zone Maintenance has priority over the setting in Customer Service Control Maintenance.
