Define customer truck stops to be used in routing management.
Use Fleet Delivery Stop Maintenance to assign routes to customers and set up stop numbers in conjunction with an in house fleet delivery system. You can use routing management to facilitate picking, packing, loading, and delivery of products to customers. Routing management is comprised of creating routes, waves, and stops and associating the complete route to a customer's record. Routes correspond to truck routes, stops are the stops for each route, and waves are a group of routes.
To set up an integrated routing system, use Fleet Delivery Stop Maintenance and the following:
Fleet Delivery Wave Maintenance - Create wave definitions to identify groups of routes.
Fleet Delivery Route Maintenance - Create route definitions to identify a route to a specific wave.

However, if you manually click the Lookup button for the Route/Stop field, you can also select stops for which the Use in Default Route Search check box is cleared. EXAMPLE Three stops are set up for a customer: 001, 002, and 003. The Use in Default Route Search check box is only selected for stops 002 and 003. When searching, the system only finds 002 and 003.
