To use Invoice for Items, perform one of the following:
Double-click an order in the Previous Invoices for Customer grid in Previous Invoices.
Enter an item in O/E Line Item Entry for a return order, and then click Invoices for Item button in the ribbon.
View products on previous invoices and add those products to a new return order.
Use Invoice for Items to display all products for a previous invoice, and optionally to add one or more of those products to a new return order.

Click this button to close the Invoice for Items window, and accept any new line items you have added. After you click this button, any newly added line items will appear in O/E Line Item Entry. |
Delete Selected Item |
Click this button to remove the line item selected in the New Line Items for New Order grid. |
Invoice Detail |
Click this button to display Invoice Inquiry, which allows you to view customer invoice information for a selected invoice. |
Order Detail |
Click this button to display Order Edit, which allows you to view order information for the first order associated with the selected invoice. |

Enter a product code for which you want to view invoices, or click the Lookup button to select a product code. This field is only available if you accessed this window directly from O/E Line Item Entry. |

Select this check box to include credit memos. |

This grid displays all invoice line items for the selected product, or all the products for an invoice you selected in Previous Invoices. Enter a quantity in the New Qty column for a product you want to add to the new order, enter a unit of measure in the New U/M column, enter a return code, select the adjustment type, and then double-click the product. If you want to add all products to the return order, click the Add All button. |

Enter a return code, or click the Lookup button to select a return code. |

Select whether the return order is a price or inventory adjustment. |

Select whether you plan to receive returned goods. These radio buttons are only available if Inventory is selected as the adjustment type. |

Click this button to add all line items in the Existing Invoice Line Items grid to the New Line Items for New Order grid. This button is only available if you accessed this window from Previous Invoices. |

This grid displays products you are adding to the return order. Enter the appropriate values for the product. If you change the price, MANUAL appears in the Price Source column. |
