To use Line Item User Defined Fields, click the Line Item User Defined Fields button in the ribbon in PO Line Item Entry, PO Style Entry, Purchase Order Inquiry, or Purchase Order Maintenance,
View and enter user-defined field data for purchase order line items.
Use Line Item User Defined Fields to view and enter user-defined field data for line items on a purchase order.
Note You can only update data for the user-defined fields if you are creating or updating the associated purchase order.
The label names and validations for the fields in this window are set up in User Defined Fields Maintenance.
