To use Line Item User Defined Fields, click the Line Item User Defined Fields button in the ribbon in Work Order Maintenance or Work Order Inquiry.

Purpose

View and enter user-defined field data for work order components.

Overview

Use Line Item User Defined Fields to view and enter user-defined field data for components on a work order.

Note You can only update data for the user-defined fields if you are creating or updating the associated work order.

The label names and validations for the fields in this window are set up in User Defined Fields Maintenance.
