Record achievements of manual incentive goals.
Use Manual Incentive Goal Entry to record and update sales representative achievement records for manual incentive goals.
Example A manual incentive goal is to set up a display rack at a retail store. After a sales representative sets up the display rack, you can record the achievement in Manual Incentive Goal Entry.
To record achievement of a manual incentive goal:
Enter a manual incentive goal ID or name in the Incentive Goal ID or Incentive Goal Name field.
Click the Update button in the ribbon.
Click the New button.
Enter the sales representative ID of the sales representative that achieved the manual incentive goal in the Sales Representative ID field.
If the incentive goal achievement is associated with a customer and/or product, enter the customer and/or product for the achievement.
Enter any notes for the achievement, and if necessary attach any files documenting the achievement.
Click the OK button.
Repeat steps 4-6 for each instance of the achievement.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The incentive goal is updated.

This field displays the number of times the incentive goal can be achieved. If it is 0, there is not limit. |

This field displays the number of times the incentive goal can be achieved by each sales representative. If it is 0, there is not limit. |

This field displays the number of times the incentive goal can be achieved for each customer. If it is 0, there is not limit. |

This field displays the number of times the incentive goal can be achieved for each product. If it is 0, there is not limit. |

This field displays the number of times the incentive goal has been achieved. |

This field displays the number of times the incentive goal has been achieved for the sales representative ID entered in the Sales Representative ID field. |

This field displays the number of times the incentive goal has been achieved for the customer code and name entered in the Customer Code and Customer Name fields. |

This field displays the number of times the incentive goal has been achieved for the product code and name entered in the Product Code and Product Name fields. |

Click this button to save a new or edited sales representative achievement record for the selected manual incentive goal. |

Click this button to cancel creation of a new sales representative achievement record or cancel making changes to an existing sales representative achievement record for the selected manual incentive goal. |

Click this button to display Attachment Entry, which allows you to view and edit attachments associated with a sales representative achievement record. |

This grid displays records for sales representatives that achieved the manual incentive goal. If you are updating data for a manual incentive goal, double-click a record to edit it above the grid. |

Click this button to display Attachment Entry, which allows you to view attachments associated with a record selected in the grid. |

Click this button to delete a record in the grid. This button is only enabled after you click the Update button in the ribbon. |
Note This tab is disabled if you are editing data for a manual incentive goal.

Select whether to display open manual incentive goals, closed manual incentive goals, or both open and closed manual incentive goals. |

Enter a date on which manual incentive goals ended for which you want to display closed manual incentive goals, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. You can leave this field blank to display all closed manual incentive goals. This field is only enabled if you select the Closed radio button. |

This grid displays manual incentive goals after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Double-click a manual incentive goal to select it and display information for it on the Main tab. |
