Material Issue

To use Material Issue, in Work Order Confirm Entry, enter a total used, scrapped, and returned to inventory component quantity greater than the quantity for the original material issue.

Purpose

Manually issue materials to work centers during the work order confirmation process.

Overview

Use Material Issue to issue component products for work orders from specific bins in a warehouse location for additional inventory that was not automatically issued in Material Issue.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
OK	Click this button to save the new material issue quantities.
Cancel	Click this button to close the Material Issue window.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Work Order	This field displays the work order for which you are issuing materials.
Qty Remaining	This field displays the quantity remaining to be issued.
Product Code	This field displays the product code of the product for which you are issuing material.
Name	This field displays the product name of the product for which you are issuing material.
Bin Quantities	This grid displays quantity available in bins, and the unit of measure for each quantity.
Selected Bin	This field displays the bin selected in the Bin Quantities grid.
Total Bin Quantity	This field displays the total quantity available in all units of measure for the bin selected in the Bin Quantities grid.
Quantity	Enter the quantity of the displayed product to issue.
Bin	Enter the bin from which the material was issued.
Lot	Enter the lot of the issued material, or click the Lookup button to select a lot. This field is only enabled if the component is tracked by lot.
Enter	Click this button to enter the material issue quantity and bin in the Material Issues grid.
Remove	Click this button to remove the selected material issue quantity and bin from the Material Issues grid.
Material Issues	This grid displays issued materials entered for the work order.
