Purpose

View and manage open pick demands for a selected shipping location.

Overview

Use Open Pick Demand Management to display open pick demands for a specific shipping location, and optionally assign users to pick open pick demands. You can also select to view open pick demands for all zones or a specific zone, and for one or more statuses. You can drill down to see further details in Pick Confirm Inquiry.

Assigning Users to Pick Demands

To assign users to pick demands:

  1. Click the Assign Pick Demands button in the ribbon. The Assign Pick Demands window appears.

  2. Enter a pick demand number.

  3. Enter a user ID.

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each pick demand you want to assign to a user.

Click this button to close the Open Pick Demand Management window.

Show Data

Click this button to display open pick demands based on the selected shipping location, zone(s), and status(es).

Assign Pick Demands

Click this button to display Assign Pick Demands, which allows you to assign an open pick demand to a user for picking.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Shipping Prefix

Enter a shipping location prefix for which to display open pick demands, or click the Lookup button to select a shipping location prefix. For more information on shipping locations, see Sales Location / Shipping Location.

Location

Enter a shipping location name for which to display open pick demands, or click the Lookup button to select a shipping location name. For more information on shipping locations, see Sales Location / Shipping Location.

All Zones

Select this check box to display open pick demands for all zones. This check box is selected by default.

Zone

Enter a zone ID for which to display open pick demands, or click the Lookup button to select a zone ID. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Zones check box.

Unconfirmed

Select this check box to display printed pick demands that are not yet confirmed (even partially). This check box is only enabled if you clear the Cancelled check box.

Partially Confirmed

Select this check box to display pick demands that are partially confirmed, but not marked as fully confirmed. This check box is only enabled if you clear the Cancelled check box.

Fully Confirmed

Select this check box to display pick demands that are marked as fully confirmed, but for which inventory has not yet been adjusted. This check box is only enabled if you clear the Cancelled check box.

Cancelled

Select this check box to display only cancelled pick demands.

Unassigned/Assigned/Both

Select whether to display open pick demands that are unassigned, assigned, or both unassigned and assigned.

Open Pick Demands

This grid displays information for open pick demands based on the selected criteria. Double-click a pick demand to display Pick Confirm Inquiry, which displays detailed information for the pick demand.

Total Amount

This field displays the total monetary amount of pick demands displayed in the Open Pick Demands grid.

Pick Demands

This field displays the total number of displayed open pick demands.

Pick Lines

This field displays the total number of line items for displayed pick demands.
