Open Orders With Allocated Inventory

This grid displays backorders and orders with allocated inventory of the backordered product. Enter the allocation quantities for each order in the Quantity Allocated column. You cannot allocate more than the quantity that you make available to allocate. If you are allowed to allocate inventory from reservations for the product, you can decrease the quantity reserved for an order in the Quantity Reservation Allocated column, then decrease the quantity from the Quantity Allocated column, and increase the quantity for a different order in the Quantity Allocated column. For information on allowing inventory from reservations to be reallocated, see Customer Reservations FAQ.

Note When you select a row in this grid, the order is locked from any other process (e.g., pick demand creation). To allow other users to process these orders, you should make allocations as quickly as possible, and close this window.

Double-click an order to display Line Items, which allows you to view line item information for the order.
