To use Order Line Cancellation Reason, click the Cancel Line button in the ribbon in O/E Line Item Entry, or cancel an order line in Customer Backorder Allocate or Product Backorder Allocate.
Enter an order line cancel reason code for a cancelled order line item.
Use Order Line Cancellation Reason to enter an order line cancel reason code for a line item you are cancelling on an order. For information on setting up order line cancel reason codes, see Order Line Cancel Reason Code Maintenance.
