Menu Path: Warehouse Management Bill of Lading Planning Pallet Maintenance
Create, edit, and delete pallets.
Use Pallet Maintenance to create and maintain pallets, and the packages shipped on them.
Note Advanced packaging must be turned on in Customer Service Control Maintenance to add packages to pallets. A pallet must have at least one package on it.

Print Labels |
Click this button to display Shipping Label Print, which allows you to print package, pallet, or tracking labels for a pick demand, order, or bill of lading. This button is only available if you are not creating or updating a pallet. |
OK |
Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon. |
Cancel |
Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon. |
First |
Click this button to display the first pallet. |
Prev |
Click this button to display the previous pallet. |
Next |
Click this button to display the next pallet. |
Last |

Description |
Enter the location prefix for the shipping warehouse, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. This defaults from the default shipping location entered for your user ID in User Extended Options. Note A master bill of lading number can only be used for one shipping location. |

Select whether to add packages to a pallet by UCC128 number, package, or product number. These radio buttons are only available if you select the Quick Entry radio button. |

Select whether to display packages for an order number, customer purchase order number, or pick demand number. These radio buttons are only available if you select the Browser Entry or Grid Entry radio button. |

Enter a UCC128 number for a package you want to add to a pallet, or click the Lookup button to select a UCC128 number. This field is only available if you select the UCC128 # radio button. |

This grid displays available packages based on the selected criteria after you click Show Packages. This grid is only available if you select the Browser Entry radio button. To select multiple packages, hold down the Ctrl key, and click each package. To select a range of packages, hold down the Shift key, and click the starting and ending package. |

This grid displays pick demands based on the selected criteria after you click Show Packages. This grid is only available if you select the Grid Entry radio button. To select multiple pick demands, hold down the Ctrl key, and click each pick demand. To select a range of pick demands, hold down the Shift key, and click the starting and ending pick demand. |

Click this button to clear packages from the Available Packages grid. |

Click this button to add the selected package to the pallet. When you click this button, the package information is moved to the Selected Packages grid. |
