Preview expected picks based on sales orders.
Use Pick Demand Preview Inquiry to preview projected pick activities based on a selection of sales orders.
Note This is only a projection of the pick activities. Created pick demands may be different from these projections.

Enter a location prefix for which to display pick activity, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. |

Select this check box to display pick activity for all waves. This check box is selected by default. |

Enter the first wave in a range of waves for which to display pick activity. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Waves check box. |

Select this check box to display pick activity for all routes. This check box is selected by default. |

Select this check box to display pick activity for all shippers. This check box is selected by default. |

Select this check box to display pick activity for all product pick groups. This check box is selected by default. |

Enter a product pick group for which to display pick activity, or click the Lookup button to select a product pick group. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Product Pick Groups check box. |

Select this check box to include drop ship orders in the displayed pick activity. |

Select this check box to include orders on credit hold in the displayed pick activity. |

Select this check box to include orders on margin hold in the displayed pick activity. |

Select this check box to display pick activity for all customer pick groups. This check box is selected by default, and is only enabled if you select the Order radio button. |

Enter a customer pick group for which to display pick activity, or click the Lookup button to select a customer pick group. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Customer Pick Groups check box. |

This grid displays pick activity by product order based on whether you select the Product or Order radio button. This grid displays quantities in the default stocking, sale, and purchasing unit of measure for products. This allows you to review the quantities before generating pick demands. |

This field displays the total number of projected pick lines for which information is displayed. |

This field displays the total weight of orders for which information is displayed. |
|
This field displays the total number of orders for which information is displayed. |

This field displays the total volume of orders for which information is displayed. |

Select whether to output the report for all products or only selected products. These radio buttons are only available if you select the Product radio button. |

Select this check box to include products with zero quantity on hand on the report. This check box is only available if you select the Product radio button. |

Save Report File |
Select this check box to save the Crystal Reports report (.rpt) file for the report to the folder entered in the Report Working Directory field for your user ID in User Profile Maintenance. You can use the report file to customize the report. For more information, see Crystal Reports FAQ. This check box is only available if you select the Screen radio button. |
Save Access Database File |
Select this check box to save the Access database (.mdb) file for the report to the folder entered in the Report Working Directory field for your user ID in User Profile Maintenance. Select this check box to collate the printed copies of the report (if you are printing multiple copies of the report). This check box is cleared by default, and is only enabled if you select the Printer radio button and enter a value greater than 1 in the Number of Copies field. Example You are printing five copies of a 20 page report to distribute to five different people. Leave this check box selected, so that pages 1-20 of the first copy prints, then pages 1-20 of the second copy, etc. If you clear this check box, five copies of page 1 prints, then five copies of page 2, etc. |
