Menu Path: Customer Service Order Options Pricing Setup Price Book Maintenance
Set up and maintain price books.
Use Price Book Maintenance to create, edit, and delete price books (groups of prices).
Example A price book named Catalog describes prices from a catalog.
Price books can then be used to create price matrix records in Price Book Price Maintenance or Price Book/Product Profit Price Maintenance for a product, a price class or a product style. For more information, see Price Logic FAQ.
Price books are associated with a customer on the Sales tab in Customer Maintenance.

Click this button to edit the selected price book. |

Click this button to delete the selected price book. Note You cannot delete a price book if it is used for a customer, prospect, or customer template. |

Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon. |

Select this check box if the price book is active. If this check box is selected, the price book appears in the Lookup window for the Price Book field in Order Entry and Order Edit. |

Enter the minimum amount of orders for this price book. Note During order entry, if the order total does not exceed the order minimum for the selected price book, then another price book must be selected (repricing the order), or items must be added to the order until the order total exceeds the minimum. This minimum value also is validated for imported orders (the import process will fail to create an order if the order amount does not exceed the minimum amount). |
