Purpose

Add, update, or delete product pick groups.

Overview

Use Product Pick Group Maintenance to define product pick groups.

Example If you have a large warehouse that is segregated by product line, you may want pick demands created for one product line independently from pick demands for another product line. For more information, see Customer Pick Group Maintenance and Pick Sequence Group Maintenance.

Note Before deleting a pick group, make sure that product and product/location records with that pick group have been re-assigned to other valid pick groups.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Product Pick Group Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new product pick group.
Update	Click this button to update the selected product pick group.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected product pick group.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first product pick group.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous product pick group.
Next	Click this button to display the next product pick group.
Last	Click this button to display the last product pick group.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Group Name	Enter a product pick group name, or click the Lookup button to select a product pick group.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Allow on All Orders	Select this check box to allow the product pick group on sales orders.
Group Description	Enter a description of the product pick group.
Products	This grid displays product/locations assigned to the product pick group. Double-click a product/location to display Product Location Maintenance, which allows you to view detailed information for the product/location. Note This grid is cached to improve performance. You cannot sort, filter, group, graph, or summarize data in this grid.
