Menu Path: System Administration Inquiries Program Access Inquiry
View program access settings for a user ID or user group.
Use Program Access Inquiry to view a list of programs that a specific user or user group can or cannot access. For information on allowing or revoking access to menus, which controls the programs users and user groups can access, see Menu Security Maintenance and User or Group Security Maintenance.
To use the inquiry:
Select whether you want to display program access for a user ID or a user group by selecting the User ID or Group ID radio button.
Enter a user ID in the User ID field or a user group in the Group ID field.
Select whether you want to display programs the user or user group can or cannot access.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon.
