To use Restriction Inquiry, click the Restrictions button in the ribbon in Sales Restriction Maintenance or Sales Restriction Inquiry.
View sales restrictions for customers, sales representatives, divisions, or sales restriction groups.
Use Restriction Inquiry to display sales restrictions for a specific customer, sales representative, division, or sales restriction group, or for all customers, sales representatives, divisions, or sales restriction groups. You can filter by customer, sales representative, division, or sales restriction group based on the option selected in the Restrict field in Sales Restriction Maintenance or Sales Restriction Inquiry.
The inquiry only displays product, subcategory, or category sales restrictions based on the option selected in the Restrict By field in Sales Restriction Maintenance or Sales Restriction Inquiry.

Enter an expiration date for which to display sales restrictions, or click the drop-down arrow to select an expiration date. |

Enter the customer name for which to display sales restrictions, or click the Lookup button to select the customer name. This field is only available if you are viewing sales restrictions for customers. |
