Define extra reward level bonus percentages for rewards programs.
Use Reward Level Bonus Maintenance to define extra reward bonus percentages for customer rewards programs, based exclusively on the level of returns. A typical customer rewards program might have different levels (for example, Gold, Silver, Bronze), and each of those levels might have extra bonuses associated with them based on returns criteria.
Example At the Gold level, if the maximum returns percentage is 10%, then the extra reward bonus is 5%, and if the maximum returns percentage is 8%, then the extra reward bonus is 4%.
