Purpose

Define customer rewards levels for rewards programs.

Overview

Use Reward Level Maintenance to define valid rewards levels for customer rewards programs. A typical customer rewards program might have different levels, such as Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Note You cannot delete a rewards level if it already has customers assigned to it.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button

Description

Exit

Click this button to close the Reward Level Maintenance window.

New

Click this button to create a new rewards level.

Update

Click this button to edit the selected rewards level.

Delete

Click this button to delete the selected rewards level.

Show Data

Click this button to refresh data in the Rewards Levels grid.

OK

Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.

Cancel

Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.

First

Click this button to display the first rewards level for the selected rewards program ID.

Prev

Click this button to display the previous rewards level for the selected rewards program ID.

Next

Click this button to display the next rewards level for the selected rewards program ID.

Last

Click this button to display the last rewards level for the selected rewards program ID.

Reward Bonus

Click this button to display Reward Level Bonus Maintenance, which allows you to set up bonus reward amounts for the selected rewards level.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Reward Program ID

Enter a customer rewards program ID, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program ID. For information on setting up rewards programs, see Reward Program Maintenance.

Name

Enter the customer rewards program name, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program name. For information on setting up rewards programs, see Reward Program Maintenance.

Reward Level Name

Enter a reward level name, or click the Lookup button to select an existing reward level name.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Minimum Net Sales Amount

Enter the minimum net sales amount that needs to be reached for this reward level.

Sequence

Enter the sequence associated with the reward level (if there are multiple levels). The sequence should be entered from smallest reward level to largest reward level.

Maximum Returns Amount

Enter the maximum amount of qualified returns (a return not associated with a customer service error).

Maximum Returns %

Enter the maximum percentage of qualified returns (a return not associated with a customer service error).

Reward Amount

Enter a flat, fixed reward amount associated with reaching this level (for example, $500) if you want to use a fixed amount.

Reward %

Enter a percentage reward amount associated with reaching this level (for example, 5%) if you want to use a percentage amount.

Enter to Select ALL Reward Programs

Select this check box to display information for all rewards programs in the Rewards Levels grid. This check box is selected by default.

Program ID

Enter a customer rewards program ID for which you to want to view information in the Rewards Levels grid, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program ID.

Program Name

Enter the customer rewards program name  for which you to want to view information in the Rewards Levels grid, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program name.

Rewards Levels

This grid displays information about rewards levels for a specific or all rewards programs.
