Menu Path: Customer Service Customers Customer Rewards Setup Reward Level Maintenance
Define customer rewards levels for rewards programs.
Use Reward Level Maintenance to define valid rewards levels for customer rewards programs. A typical customer rewards program might have different levels, such as Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
Note You cannot delete a rewards level if it already has customers assigned to it.

Click this button to display the first rewards level for the selected rewards program ID. |

Click this button to display the previous rewards level for the selected rewards program ID. |

Click this button to display the next rewards level for the selected rewards program ID. |

Click this button to display the last rewards level for the selected rewards program ID. |
Reward Bonus |
Click this button to display Reward Level Bonus Maintenance, which allows you to set up bonus reward amounts for the selected rewards level. |

Description |
Enter a customer rewards program ID, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program ID. For information on setting up rewards programs, see Reward Program Maintenance. |

Enter the customer rewards program name, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program name. For information on setting up rewards programs, see Reward Program Maintenance. |

Enter a reward level name, or click the Lookup button to select an existing reward level name. |

Enter the minimum net sales amount that needs to be reached for this reward level. |

Enter the sequence associated with the reward level (if there are multiple levels). The sequence should be entered from smallest reward level to largest reward level. |

Enter the maximum amount of qualified returns (a return not associated with a customer service error). |

Enter the maximum percentage of qualified returns (a return not associated with a customer service error). |
|
Enter a flat, fixed reward amount associated with reaching this level (for example, $500) if you want to use a fixed amount. |

Enter a percentage reward amount associated with reaching this level (for example, 5%) if you want to use a percentage amount. |
|
Select this check box to display information for all rewards programs in the Rewards Levels grid. This check box is selected by default. |

Enter a customer rewards program ID for which you to want to view information in the Rewards Levels grid, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program ID. |

Enter the customer rewards program name for which you to want to view information in the Rewards Levels grid, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program name. |

This grid displays information about rewards levels for a specific or all rewards programs. |
