Export customer data to routing software.
Use Routing Interface Customer Export to export customer data to an external file that you can import into third-party routing software. For information on setting up a routing interface for your routing software, see Routing Interface Maintenance.
To export customer data:
Enter the folder path into which you want to export customer data in the Output Directory field.
If you want to only export customer data for customers that were modified in a specific date range, clear the All Customer Record Modified Dates check box, and enter the date range.
If you want to export using Scheduling Assistant, select the Schedule radio button, then click the Schedule Job button in the ribbon, and set up the schedule for exporting in Task Schedule Options. When you are finished setting up the schedule, click the OK button in the ribbon in the Task Schedule Options window.
Click the Export button in the ribbon to export data. Customer data is output to the folder you specified in step 1. The export is completed.
