Scorecard Profit Category Organization

Purpose

Change the display order of scorecard profit categories.

Use Scorecard Profit Category Organization to update the order that scorecard profit categories appear in Scorecard Management Analysis and Scorecard Analysis. To change the display order of scorecard profit subcategories, use Scorecard Profit Category Maintenance.

To change the scorecard profit category display order:

Select the profit type for which you want to update the display order (customer, product, or supplier).
Click the Update button in the ribbon.
Select a scorecard profit category.
Click the up or down arrow button one or more times to change the order of the selected scorecard profit category.
Repeat steps 3 to 4 until the order is as desired for all scorecard profit categories.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The display order is now updated.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Scorecard Profit Category Organization window. This button is only available if you are not updating the scorecard profit category display order.
Update	Click this button to update the scorecard profit category display order. This button is only available if you are not updating the scorecard profit category display order.
OK	Click this button to accept the updated scorecard profit category display order. This button is only available if you click the Update button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel the update of the scorecard profit category display order. This button is only available if you click the Update button in the ribbon.
Category	Click this button to display Scorecard Profit Category Maintenance, which allows you to set up and maintain scorecard profit categories and subcategories. This button is only available if you are not updating the scorecard profit category display order.

Profit Type	Select the profit type for which you want to view or update the scorecard profit category display order.

Field or Button	Description
Category Display Order	This grid displays the display order of scorecard profit categories.
	Click this button to move the selected scorecard profit category up one row in the Category Display Order grid (and one position up in the display order).
	Click this button to move the selected scorecard profit category down one row in the Category Display Order grid (and one position down in the display order).
