User Access Inquiry
View users allowed to access a selected menu.
Use User Access Inquiry to view a list of users that can access a specific menu. For information on allowing or revoking access to menus, which controls the programs users and user groups can access, see Menu Security Maintenance and User or Group Security Maintenance.
To use the inquiry:
Click the Lookup button to the right of the Module ID field, and select the module for the menu for which you want to display user access.
Enter the menu name of the menu for which to display user access in the Menu Name field.
Click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Users that are allowed to access the selected menu display in the Users grid.
