VAT ID List

To use VAT ID List, click the List button in EC Sales List.

Purpose

Select multiple VAT IDs.

Overview

Use VAT ID List to select multiple VAT IDs for filtering. For information on setting up VAT IDs, see VAT ID Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the VAT ID List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
VAT ID	Enter a VAT ID you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a VAT ID.
Add	Click this button to add the VAT ID entered in the VAT ID field to the Selected VAT IDs grid.
VAT ID Begins	Enter the beginning of a VAT ID you want to select in the Available VAT IDs grid, or click the Lookup button to select a VAT ID.
Available VAT IDs	This grid displays VAT IDs that are not selected. Double-click a VAT ID you want to select, or select a VAT ID, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected VAT ID to the Selected VAT IDs grid.
	Click this button to add all VAT ID in the Available VAT IDs grid to the Selected VAT IDs grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected VAT ID from the Selected VAT IDs grid.
	Click this button to remove all VAT ID from the Selected VAT IDs grid.
Selected VAT IDs	This grid displays selected VAT IDs. Double-click a VAT ID to remove it from the grid, or select a VAT ID, and then click the left arrow button.
