To use WO Account, select a work order, and then click the Accounts button in the ribbon in Work Order Maintenance or Work Order Inquiry.
Note If you access this window from Work Order Inquiry, you cannot correct invalid accounts.
View accounts used for a work order, and correct invalid accounts.
Use WO Account to display information about the general ledger account resolutions for a specific work order. You can also correct accounts for a specific work order. If you need to permanently correct a general ledger account for a specific account type, you should edit the source of the account.

This grid displays all account information for the work order selected in Work Order Maintenance. Double-click an account in the grid to display account resolution information at the bottom of the window. |

This field displays the first account mask for the account you double-clicked in the Accounts grid. |

This field displays the second account mask for the account you double-clicked in the Accounts grid. |

This field displays the resolved account number for the account you double-clicked in the Accounts grid. |

Enter a general ledger account to use for the work order, or click the Lookup button to select an account. This field is only enabled if you were in Edit mode in Work Order Maintenance before accessing this window. |

Click this button to display G/L Prompting, which allows you to enter a general ledger account by element. This button is only enabled if you were in Edit mode in Work Order Maintenance before accessing this window. |

Enter a general ledger account description for the account to use for the work order, or click the Lookup button to select an account. This field is only enabled if you were in Edit mode in Work Order Maintenance before accessing this window. |

Click this button to accept the entered account. After you click this button, the account appears in the WO Account column in the Accounts grid. This button is only enabled if you were in Edit mode in Work Order Maintenance before accessing this window. |
