Purpose

Assign task types to or remove task types from warehouse teams.

Overview

Use Warehouse Team Task Type Maintenance to assign warehouse task types to wireless warehouse teams for the Wireless Warehouse module. This is done by location and by zones within a location. For more information on the Wireless Warehouse module, see Wireless Warehouse Overview.

Note Assigning task types to teams of users instead of to specific users reduces the amount of administrative maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Warehouse Team Task Type Maintenance window.
Update	Click this button to update task types for the selected warehouse team.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the Update button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first warehouse team.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous warehouse team.
Next	Click this button to display the next warehouse team.
Last	Click this button to display the last warehouse team.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Team	Enter a warehouse team name, or click the Lookup button to select a warehouse team name. For information on setting up warehouse teams, see Warehouse Team Maintenance.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Location	Enter a warehouse shipping location prefix or name, or click the Lookup buttons to select a location prefix or name.
Add	Click this button to assign the selected task type(s) to the warehouse team.
All Zones	Select this check box to assign task types for all zones. This check box is cleared by default.
Zone	Enter a zone for which to assign task types, or click the Lookup button to select a zone. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Zones check box.
Remove	Click this button to remove the selected task type(s) from the warehouse team.
All Warehouse Areas	Select this check box to assign task types for all warehouse areas. This check box is cleared by default, but is automatically selected and disabled if the All Zones check box is selected.
Warehouse Area	Enter a warehouse area for which to assign task types, or click the Lookup button to select a warehouse area. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Warehouse Areas check box. NOTE Warehouse areas cannot be used to set up restrictions for Wireless Warehouse picking tasks.
All Tasks	Select this check box to assign all task types to the warehouse team. This check box is cleared by default.
Task	Enter a task type to assign to the warehouse team, or click the Lookup button to select a task type. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Tasks check box.
Recount Variance Amt	Enter a recount variance amount for this team/location/zone/task. For more information on when this option is used, see Wireless Warehouse Control Maintenance.
Recount Display	Click the Lookup button to select a recount display for this team/location/zone/task. For more information on when this option is used, see Wireless Warehouse Control Maintenance.
Recount Variance %	Enter a recount variance percentage for this team/location/zone/task. For more information on when this option is used, see Wireless Warehouse Control Maintenance.
Count Display	Click the Lookup button to select a count display for this team/location/zone/task. For more information on when this option is used, see Wireless Warehouse Control Maintenance.
Recount Required	Select this check box to require a recount for this team/location/zone/task. For more information on when this option is used, see Wireless Warehouse Control Maintenance.
Task Types	This grid displays task types for the selected warehouse team. Double-click a task type to remove it from the grid.
Team	Enter a warehouse team name from which to copy task types, or click the Lookup button to select a warehouse team name.
Copy	Click this button to copy task types from the warehouse team entered in the Team field.
