Purpose

Define warehouse teams.

Overview

Use Warehouse Team Maintenance to define wireless warehouse teams for use in the Wireless Warehouse module. For more information on the Wireless Warehouse module, see Wireless Warehouse Overview.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Warehouse Team Maintenance window.
New	Click this button to create a new warehouse team. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Update	Click this button to update the selected warehouse team. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Delete	Click this button to delete the selected warehouse team. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Show Data	Click this button to display warehouse team information. This button is only available if you click the Inquiry tab.
OK	Click this button to accept an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
Cancel	Click this button to cancel an action. This button is only available after you click the New, Update, or Delete button in the ribbon.
First	Click this button to display the first warehouse team. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Prev	Click this button to display the previous warehouse team. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Next	Click this button to display the next warehouse team. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Last	Click this button to display the last warehouse team. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Assign Tasks	Click this button to display Warehouse Team Task Type Maintenance, which allows you to assign task types to the selected warehouse team. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.
Assign Users	Click this button to display Warehouse Team User Maintenance, which allows you to assign users to the selected warehouse team. This button is only available if the Main tab is displayed.

Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Warehouse Team	Enter a warehouse team name, or click the Lookup button to select a warehouse team name.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Short Description	Enter a brief description of the warehouse team.
Detailed Description	Enter a detailed description of the warehouse team.
Warehouse Team Manager	Enter the user ID of the warehouse team leader, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID.
Volume Limit	This field is not used in this window.
Weight Limit	This field is not used in this window.
Discrepancy Quantity Limit	This field is not used in this window.
Discrepancy Amount Limit	This field is not used in this window.

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Note This tab is disabled if you are editing a warehouse team.

Field or Button	Description
Warehouse Teams	This grid displays warehouse teams after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Double-click a warehouse team to select it and display information for it on the Main tab.
