View cycle count variance.
Use Wireless Cycle Count Variance Inquiry to display cycle count variance. You can filter the inquiry based on the following criteria:
Shipping location
Zone
Physical inventory ID
Cycle count task
Bin name
Product
Default variance adjustment code
Disposition status (unposted, posted, or both)

Click this button to close the Wireless Cycle Count Variance Inquiry window. |
Show Data |
Click this button to display data on the Disposition tab for criteria entered on the Selection tab. |
Inventory Matrix |
Click this button to display Inventory Matrix Inquiry for the selected record in the Disposition grid. This button is only available if the Disposition tab is displayed. |
Print Deallocation Report |
Click this button to print and review the order deallocation report for all or selected Cycle Count tasks. NOTE For all the tasks that have order deallocation records, to print the order deallocation report for one or more lines, select the appropriate check boxes for one or more task lines in the Print Deallocation Report column, and then click this button. If you do not select any lines, and click this button, then the Print Deallocation Report prints all the lines that have deallocation records.. |

Enter a shipping location prefix for which you want to display cycle count variance, or click the Lookup button to select a shipping location prefix. This field is disabled if the All Shipping Locations check box is selected. |

Enter a physical inventory ID for which you want to display cycle count variance, or click the Lookup button to select a physical inventory ID. This field is disabled if the All Physical Inventory IDs check box is selected. |

Select this check box to display cycle count variance for all warehouse tasks. |

Enter a warehouse task for which you want to display cycle count variance, or click the Lookup button to select a warehouse task. This field is disabled if the All Cycle Count Tasks check box is selected. |

Select this check box to display cycle count variance for all bins. |

Enter the first bin name for which you want to display cycle count variance, or click the Lookup button to select a bin name. This field is disabled if the All Bin Names check box is selected. |

Enter the last bin name for which you want to display cycle count variance, or click the Lookup button to select a bin name. This field is disabled if the All Bin Names check box is selected. |

Select this check box to display cycle count variance for all products. |

Save Report File |
Select this check box to save the Crystal Reports report (.rpt) file for the report to the folder entered in the Report Working Directory field for your user ID in User Profile Maintenance. You can use the report file to customize the report. For more information, see Crystal Reports FAQ. This check box is only available if you select the Screen radio button. |
Save Access Database File |
Select this check box to save the Access database (.mdb) file for the report to the folder entered in the Report Working Directory field for your user ID in User Profile Maintenance. You can use the Access database file to customize the report. For more information, see Crystal Reports FAQ. This check box is only available if you select the Screen radio button. |

Select this check box to collate the printed copies of the report (if you are printing multiple copies of the report). This check box is cleared by default, and is only enabled if you select the Printer radio button and enter a value greater than 1 in the Number of Copies field. Example You are printing five copies of a 20 page report to distribute to five different people. Leave this check box selected, so that pages 1-20 of the first copy prints, then pages 1-20 of the second copy, etc. If you clear this check box, five copies of page 1 prints, then five copies of page 2, etc. |
