To use Work Order Purchase Order Select, click the Link button in the ribbon in Work Order Maintenance.

Purpose

Associate purchase orders with a work order.

Overview

Use Work Order Purchase Order Select to associate component and service product purchase orders with a work order.

Note The purchase orders are associated automatically if you created the work order in Work Order Maintenance and created the purchase orders automatically (after finalizing the work order).

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
OK	Click this button to save purchase orders associated with the work order, and close the Work Order Purchase Order Select window.
Cancel	Click this button to close the Work Order Purchase Order Select window.
Show Data	Click this button to refresh displayed purchase orders based on the selected criteria.
View	Click this button to display Purchase Order Maintenance, which allows you to view and update information for the purchase order selected in the Available PO's grid. Note If you are not authorized to use Purchase Order Maintenance, the Purchase Order Inquiry window appears instead, and allows you to view information for the purchase order.
Edit	Click this button to display Purchase Order Maintenance, which allows you to view and update information for the purchase order selected in the Available PO's grid. Note If you are not authorized to use Purchase Order Maintenance, the Purchase Order Inquiry window appears instead, and allows you to view information for the purchase order.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Ship to Location	These fields display the location prefix and name for the work order.
All	Select this check box to display purchase orders for all suppliers. This check box is cleared by default.
Supplier	Enter a supplier code or name for which to display purchase orders, or click one of the Lookup buttons to select a supplier code or name.
Display	Select whether to display purchase orders for work order components or for service items for the work order.
Available PO's	This grid displays purchase orders for the selected criteria that you can associate with the work order. Double-click a purchase order to add all line items for the purchase order to the Selected Items grid.
	Click this button to associate the selected purchase order in the Available PO's grid with the work order.
	Click this button to remove all line items for the purchase order of the selected purchase order line item from the Selected Items grid.
	Click this button to remove all purchase order line items from the Selected Items grid.
Available Items	This grid displays purchase order line items for the selected criteria that you can associate with the work order. Double-click a purchase order line item to add it to the Selected Items grid.
	Click this button to associate the selected purchase order line item in the Available Items grid with the work order.
	Click this button to remove the selected purchase order line item from the Selected Items grid.
Selected Items	This grid displays purchase order line items associated with the work order. Double-click a line item to remove it from this grid.
