Menu Path: Accounts Receivable Reports Accounts Receivable Posting Detail Report
View the effect of payments on accounts receivable and general ledger accounts.
Use Accounts Receivable Posting Detail Report to display the posting details for payments. You can show payments which have been posted, which are currently unposted, or all transactions.
Note This report does not post any items. It will only show you the posting effects of accounts receivable on the general ledger, indicating whether an entry is posted or unposted. You must use Accounts Receivable Post to post items.
The bottom of the report shows the total credits and total debits for accounts receivable accounts. These totals will not equal the sum of subtotals listed for each account if both credits and debits exist for specific accounts.
