Answer: There are a couple of answers to this question depending on your security privileges and your intended purpose.

You need permission to access Check Print. Click the Calculate Balance button to view the available cash. |

I want to see the available balance in a specific bank account, but I do not have permission to print checks. |
You need permission to access Cash Transfer Entry. Click the Calculate Balance button to view the available cash. |

I want to view the general ledger balances for all my cash accounts at the same time. |
You need permission to access Financial Report Inquiry. A financial report must be defined to list all of the cash accounts. From here, you can drill down into details for each bank account. |
