In Account Maintenance, select the Include in Cash Flow Beginning Cash check box for accounts you want to include in the Beginning Cash cash flow category.

However, you can specify payment terms in Cash Flow Customer Group Maintenance for the All Others group, because this group is intended to be for unrelated customers.
In Customer Maintenance, assign customers to cash flow customer groups. You can also assign customers to cash flow customer groups in Customer Import and Customer Change Import.
In Cash Flow Supplier Group Maintenance, set up cash flow supplier groups to establish rules for incoming and outgoing cash flow for groups of suppliers.
In Supplier Maintenance, assign suppliers to cash flow supplier groups. You can also assign suppliers to cash flow supplier groups in Supplier Import.
If necessary, in Cash Flow Manual Adjustment Maintenance, create manual cash flow adjustments to account for transactions not recorded in Apprise. You can also import adjustments in Cash Flow Manual Adjustment Import.
After you perform the steps above, you can analyze cash flow in Cash Flow Management Analysis and Cash Flow Detail Inquiry.
