Purpose

View and delete purchase automatic additional charges.

Overview

Use Purchase Automatic Additional Charge Management to view purchase automatic additional charges for specified filter criteria, and then optionally delete multiple purchase automatic additional charges at the same time.

Deleting Purchase Automatic Additional Charges

To delete purchase automatic additional charge:

  1. Select filter criteria for the purchase automatic additional charges you want to delete.

  2. Click the Show Data button in the ribbon. The Results tab displays the purchase automatic additional charges that meet the criteria you selected in step 1.

  3. Select the check box in the Select grid column for each purchase automatic additional charge you want to delete. You can click the Select All button in the ribbon to select the check box in the Select grid column for all displayed purchase automatic additional charges.

  4. Click the Delete Selected button in the ribbon. The purchase automatic additional charges are deleted.

Click this button to close the Purchase Automatic Additional Charge Management window.

Show Data

Click this button to display automatic additional charges on the Results tab based on the criteria selected on the Select tab.

Select All

Click this button to select the check box in the Select grid column for all displayed purchase automatic additional charges. This button is only available if the Results tab is displayed.

Deselect All

Click this button to clear the check box in the Select grid column for all displayed purchase automatic additional charges. This button is only available if the Results tab is displayed.

Delete Selected

Click this button to delete all purchase automatic additional charges for which the check box is selected in the Select grid column. This button is only available if the Results tab is displayed.

Auto Additional Charge

Click this button to display Purchase Automatic Additional Charge Maintenance, which allows you to view and edit purchase automatic additional charges.

Area

Select whether to display purchase automatic additional charges for line items (Item Charge), entire purchase orders (Order Charge), or both line items and purchase orders.

All Harmonization Codes

Select this check box to display purchase automatic additional charges for all harmonization codes. This check box is selected by default, and is only enabled if the Item Charge or Both radio button is selected.

Harmonization Code

Enter a harmonization code for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a harmonization code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Harmonization Codes check box. For information on setting up harmonization codes, see Harmonization Code Maintenance.

Description

This field displays the description for the harmonization code entered in the Harmonization Code field.

All From Countries

Select this check box to display purchase automatic additional charges for products shipping from all countries. This check box is selected by default.

Country Code (From)

Enter a country code from which products are shipping for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a country code. This field is only enabled if the All From Countries check box is cleared. For information on setting up countries, see Country Maintenance.

Country Name (From)

Enter a country name from which products are shipping for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a country name. This field is only enabled if the All From Countries check box is cleared. For information on setting up countries, see Country Maintenance.

All To Countries

Select this check box to display purchase automatic additional charges for products shipping to all countries. This check box is selected by default.

Country Code (To)

Enter a country code to which products are shipping for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a country code. This field is only enabled if the All From Countries check box is cleared. For information on setting up countries, see Country Maintenance.

Country Name (To)

Enter a country name to which products are shipping for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a country name. This field is only enabled if the All From Countries check box is cleared. For information on setting up countries, see Country Maintenance.

All Ship-To Locations

Select this check box to display purchase automatic additional charges for all ship-to locations. This check box is selected by default, and is only enabled if the All To Countries check box is selected.

Location Prefix

Enter a location prefix of a ship-to location for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Ship-To Locations check box. For information on setting up location prefixes, see Location Maintenance.

Location Name

Enter a location name of a ship-to location for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a location name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Ship-To Locations check box. For information on setting up location names, see Location Maintenance.

All Suppliers

Select this check box to display purchase automatic additional charges for all suppliers. This check box is selected by default.

Supplier Code

Enter a supplier code for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Suppliers check box. For information on setting up suppliers, see Supplier Maintenance.

Supplier Name

Enter a supplier name for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a supplier name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Suppliers check box. For information on setting up suppliers, see Supplier Maintenance.

All Purchase Order Classes

Select this check box to display purchase automatic additional charges for all purchase classes. This check box is selected by default.

PO Class

Enter a purchase class for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a purchase class. Purchase classes define the class of a purchase order such as purchases, returns, transfers, etc. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Purchase Order Classes check box. For information on setting up purchase classes, see Purchase Class Maintenance.

All Purchase Dates

Select this check box to display purchase automatic additional charges for all purchase dates. This check box is selected by default.

Start Date

Enter the first date in a range of dates for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Purchase Dates check box.

End Date

Enter the last date in a range of dates for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Purchase Dates check box.

Ignore Year

Select this check box to ignore the year for the date range entered in the Start Date and End Date fields for displayed purchase automatic additional charges. This check box is only enabled if you clear the All Purchase Dates check box.

All Products

Select this check box to display purchase automatic additional charges for all products. This check box is selected by default, and is only enabled if the Item Charge or Both radio button is selected, and the All Product Styles and All Categories check boxes are selected.

Product Code

Enter a product code for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a product code. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Products check box. For information on setting up products, see Product Maintenance.

Product Name

Select this check box to display purchase automatic additional charges for all product subcategories. This check box is selected by default, and is only enabled if you clear the All Categories check box.

Subcategory Code

Enter a product subcategory for which to display purchase automatic additional charges, or click the Lookup button to select a product subcategory. Automatic Additional Charges

This grid displays purchase automatic additional charges based on the criteria selected on the Select tab after you click the Show Data button in the ribbon. Select the check box in the Select column for each automatic additional charge you want to delete. Double-click an automatic additional charge to display Purchase Automatic Additional Charge Maintenance, which allows you to view and edit the purchase automatic additional charge.
