Define disposition codes for returned items.
Use Return Disposition Maintenance to define disposition codes related to customer returns. A disposition code is required in Return Order Receipt Confirm. The disposition code decides what will happen to the returned items (restocked, garbage, etc).

Enter a detailed description of the disposition code. This is informational only, and will not appear on orders. |

Select this check box to indicate that the disposition code is used for restocking returned products. |

Enter a cost of goods sold returns account to use for the disposition code, or click the Lookup button to display G/L Prompting, which allows you to enter a general ledger account by element. For more information, see Account Resolution Order. |
