Note You can also access this window by double-clicking a row in the Rewards Customer grid in Customer Reward Renew. However, when you do this, you can only view rewards customer information.
Define customers that are signed up for rewards programs.
Use Reward Customer Maintenance to define rewards customers for rewards programs. A rewards customer can be a group of related customers (see Customer Maintenance).
Example Customer A, Customer B, and Customer C are all related customers. Each is set up with Reward Customer A so that their combined results will be used for reward calculations.

Enter a customer rewards program ID, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program ID. For information on setting up rewards programs, see Reward Program Maintenance. |

Select one of the following options when using the First, Prev, Next, and Last buttons in the ribbon to navigate records:

Enter the name of the reward level (e.g., Elite), or click the Lookup button to select a reward level name. For information on setting up rewards levels, see Reward Level Maintenance. |

This field displays the date the rewards customer was set up. |
|
Enter the date that this customer reward setup was authorized, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. |
|
Enter the starting date for this customer reward, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. Note Start and end dates cannot overlap for a rewards customer in a rewards program. |
|
If this rewards customer was in this reward program for a previous period, enter the start date of the most recent previous period, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. |
|
Enter the user ID of the person that authorized this customer reward setup, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID. |
|
Enter the ending date for this customer reward, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. Note Start and end dates cannot overlap for a rewards customer in a rewards program. |

If this rewards customer was in this reward program for a previous period, enter the end date of the most recent previous period, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. |

Select one of the following rewards methods:
|

Enter the minimum net sales amount that needs to be reached for this reward level. This value defaults from the minimum net sales amount set up for the rewards level in Reward Level Maintenance, but you can override it. |
|
Enter the net sales amount associated with the previous period start/end date. |
|
When a Credit reward is finally issued, this is the reference number of the reward. |
|
Enter the maximum amount of qualified returns (a return not associated with a customer service error). This defaults from the maximum returns amount entered for the rewards level in Reward Level Maintenance, but you can override it. |
|
Enter the returns amount associated with the previous period start/end date. |
|
Enter the calculated reward amount. |
|
Enter the maximum percentage of qualified returns (a return not associated with a customer service error). This value defaults from the maximum returns percentage set up for the rewards level in Reward Level Maintenance, but you can override it. |
|
This field displays a calculation of the value entered in the Previous Returns Amount field divided by the sum of the value entered in the Previous Returns Amount field and the value entered in the Previous Net Sales Amount field. |

Enter the manually overridden reward amount (if applicable). |

Select this check box to display rewards customers for all rewards programs in the Rewards Customers grid. This check box is selected by default. |

Enter a rewards program ID for which to display rewards customers in the Rewards Customers grid, or click the Lookup button to select a rewards program ID. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box. |

This grid displays rewards customers based on the selected criteria. Double-click a rewards customer to display it on the Main tab. |
