State List

To use State List, click the List button in Receipts Gallonage Report or Sales Gallonage Report.

Purpose

Select multiple states.

Use State List to select multiple states for filtering. For more information on states, see State and Province Maintenance.

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the State List window.

Field or Button	Description
State	Enter a state code you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a state code. After you enter a state code in this field, click the Add button to select it.
Add	Click this button to select the state entered in the State field.
State Begins	Enter a value by which to filter state codes in the Available States grid. Example Enter N to only display states in the Available States grid that begin with the character N.
Available States	This grid displays states that are not selected. Double-click a state you want to select, or select a state, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected state to the Selected States grid.
	Click this button to add all states in the Available States grid to the Selected States grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected state from the Selected States grid.
	Click this button to remove all states from the Selected States grid.
Selected States	This grid displays selected states. Double-click a state to remove it from the grid, or select a state, and then click the left arrow button.
