Purpose

View inventory for a style.

Overview

Use Style Inventory Matrix Inquiry to display the current inventory position for a specified style, location, and product line. This inquiry displays inventory for each combination of color and size defined for the style in Product Style Create.

Note Colors and sizes are displayed in either rows or columns depending on the setting selected in the Row/Column Orientation field in Style Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Style Inventory Matrix Inquiry window.
Show Data	Click this button to display style inventory matrix data in the Product grid, based on the selected criteria.

Main Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
All (Locations)	Select this check box to display data for all locations. This check box is selected by default.
Location	Enter a location prefix or name, or click one of the Lookup buttons to select a location prefix or name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box.
All (Product Lines)	Select this check box to display data for all product lines. This check box is selected by default.
Product Line Code	Enter a product line code or name, or click one of the Lookup buttons to select a product line code or name. This field is only enabled if you clear the All check box.
Style	Enter a style code or name, or click one of the Lookup buttons to select a style code or name.
U/M	Click the Lookup button to select the unit of measure for the inquiry, and then select one of the following: Default Display - Use the default display unit of measure. This is selected by default. Default Selling - Use the default selling unit of measure. Default Purchasing - Use the default purchasing unit of measure.
Measure	Click the Lookup button to select a quantity to display in the Style grid, such as Available or On Hand. This field defaults to Available.
PO Information Display	Select whether to display quantities from purchase orders for the style. Select one of the following options: None - Do not display quantities from purchase orders. Arriving Quantity - Display purchase order arriving quantities in a row below available quantities for each size or color. Available Quantity - Display the sum of purchase order arriving quantities and current available quantities in a row below available quantities for each size or color. Select this check box to display purchase order quantities for sizes or colors in the last row of data in the Style grid.
Style	This grid displays available quantities for the selected criteria. If you select the Arriving Quantity or Available Quantity radio button, and click the Show Data button in the ribbon, a second row is displayed for each size or color, which includes purchase order information. Double-click a value in the size or color column in a color or size row to display Inventory Matrix Inquiry, which allows you to view a product's current inventory levels. Double-click a value in the size or color column for the purchase order information to display Scheduled Delivery Dates, which allows you to view shipments and purchase orders for the sizes or colors. Note You cannot graph data or change the order of columns in this grid.
Product	This grid displays product information for a product selected in the Style grid.
