Scheduled Delivery Dates

To use Scheduled Delivery Dates, perform one of the following:

Click the On Order Inquiry button in the ribbon in Line Items.
Click the On Order button in the ribbon in Price and Availability Inquiry.
Click the On Order button on the Inbound tab in the ribbon in Inventory Matrix Inquiry.
Double-click a value in the On Order or In Transit column in the Results grid in Inventory Matrix Inquiry.
Double-click a value in the On Order or In Transit column in the Component Inventory grid in Kit Inquiry.
Click the On Order button in the ribbon in Order Allocation Management.
Double-click a row that displays expected supply on the Planned Receipts tab in Summary DRP Management.
Double-click the Shipments in Transit, Purchase Orders and Work Orders, or Transfers From Other Locations row in the grid on the DRP Schedule Management tab in Product DRP Management or Product DRP Inquiry.
Double-click a value in the size or color column for the purchase order information in Style Inventory Matrix Inquiry.

Purpose

View delivery date information for a product.

Overview

Use Scheduled Delivery Dates to display detailed delivery information for a selected product. You can filter delivery dates by all or a selected location.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Scheduled Delivery Dates window.
Show Data	Click this button to display delivery date information for the selected location(s).

Inquiry Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
All Locations	Select this check box to display delivery date information for all locations.
Location Prefix	Enter a shipping location prefix for which to display delivery date information, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. This field is only enabled if the All Locations check box is cleared.
Location Name	Enter a shipping location name for which to display delivery date information, or click the Lookup button to select a location name. This field is only enabled if the All Locations check box is cleared.
Shipments and Purchase Orders	This grid displays information about container, and purchase order delivery dates for a line item. Double-click a purchase order to display Purchase Order Maintenance, which allows you to view and edit detailed information about the purchase order. Note If you are not authorized to use Purchase Order Maintenance, Purchase Order Inquiry appears instead, and allows you to view detailed information about the purchase order. Double-click a container to display Container Management.
Transfer Orders	This grid displays information about transfer order delivery dates for a line item. Double-click a row to display Order Relationship Inquiry, which allows you to view relationships among orders, pick demands, and invoices.
Work Orders	This grid displays information about work order delivery dates for a line item. Double-click a row to display Work Order Inquiry, which allows you to view detailed information about a work order.
