User List

To use User List, click the List button in one of the following windows:

Purpose

Select multiple users.

Overview

Use User List to select multiple users for filtering. For more information on setting up users, see User Profile Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the User List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
User ID	Enter a user ID you want to select in the Available Users grid, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID.
Add	Click this button to add the user entered in the User ID field to the Selected Users grid.
User ID Begins	Enter the beginning of a user ID you want to select in the Available Users grid, or click the Lookup button to select a user ID.
Available Users	This grid displays users that are not selected. Double-click a user you want to select, or select a user, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected user to the Selected Users grid.
	Click this button to add all users in the Available Users grid to the Selected Users grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected user from the Selected Users grid.
	Click this button to remove all users from the Selected Users grid.
Selected Users	This grid displays selected users. Double-click a user to remove it from the grid, or select a user, and then click the left arrow button.
