Create a report of quantities and amounts sold.
Use Customer Beverage Sales Report to output a report of beverage product quantities and amounts sold for each excise tax category.
Note Before using this report, use Excise Tax Category Maintenance to set up excise tax categories, and assign products to excise tax categories.
You can output the report for all or specific excise tax categories, customer divisions, shipping locations, sales locations, customers, and invoice dates. You can select a unit of measure for the report, and output a standard version of the report or a military version of the report. The military version of the report summarizes sales by customer and can be signed by military personnel to indicate receipt of sales.
If you are outputting the standard version of the report, you can summarize the report by invoice date, invoice number, or customer code. If you select to summarize by customer code, you can also optionally select to summarize by product code or invoice number for each customer.
To output the report:
Select filter options for the report.
Enter the unit of measure for sold quantities on the report in the Display U/M field.
If you want to include return orders on the report, select the Include Returns check box.
Select whether to output the standard or military version of the report.
If you are outputting the standard version of the report, select a method of summarizing data on the report.
Click the Print Options tab.
Select report output and processing options.
Click the Print button in the ribbon to output the report.

Enter an invoice date for which to include data on the report, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. If you want to include data for a range of dates, enter the first date in the range. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Dates check box. If you are outputting the report via Scheduling Assistant, you can select a virtual date for this field. |

Enter the last date in a range of invoice dates for which to include data on the report, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. If you want to only include data for a single invoice date, leave this field blank. This field is only enabled if you clear the All Dates check box. If you are outputting the report via Scheduling Assistant, you can select a virtual date for this field. |

Enter a unit of measure for the report, or click the Lookup button to select a unit of measure. This field is only enabled if you clear the Display Gallons check box. |

Select this check box to collate the printed copies of the report (if you are printing multiple copies of the report). This check box is cleared by default, and is only enabled if you select the Printer radio button and enter a value greater than 1 in the Number of Copies field. Example You are printing five copies of a 20 page report to distribute to five different people. Leave this check box selected, so that pages 1-20 of the first copy prints, then pages 1-20 of the second copy, etc. If you clear this check box, five copies of page 1 prints, then five copies of page 2, etc. |

If you select the Schedule radio button, you can specify when the task occurs, and optionally set up an alert to be created when the task completes.
