Menu Path: Customer Service Suppliers Royalties Royalty Report
Create a report of royalties.
Use Royalty Report to output a royalty report. The report includes separate sections for customer invoice and supplier receipt royalties.
Note Royalties only appear on the report after invoices and/or receipts are posted.
For set up and processing details, see Royalty FAQ.
Note This report uses invoice and credit memo detail, and royalty rates set up in Royalty Rate Maintenance, to calculate royalty results. You can change the royalty rates and run this report for a previous period, because the royalty rate is not stored for each invoice or credit memo.
Example You forgot to enter a royalty rate for a product that had sales in the previous month. You can enter the royalty rate today, and reprint the royalty report for the previous month, which will now reflect the royalty for that product.

This allows you to only report on sales associated with the master royalty rate, so that sales amounts associated with royalties can be reconciled with overall sales amounts. When reporting on master royalty rates, royalty sales are reported only once instead of multiple times. |
