To use User Defined Field List, click the List button in Customer Beverage Sales Report, Receipts Gallonage Report, Sales Gallonage Report, or Supplier Beverage Receipt Report.

Purpose

Select multiple user-defined field values.

Overview

Use User Defined Field List to select multiple user-defined field values for filtering. For more information on setting up user-defined fields, see User Defined Fields Maintenance.

Click this button to close the User Defined Field List window.

Description

User Defined Field

Enter a user-defined field value you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a user-defined field value.

Add

Click this button to add the value entered in the User Defined Field field to the Selected grid.

User Defined Field Begins

Enter the beginning of a user-defined field value you want to select in the Available grid, or click the Lookup button to select a value.

Available

This grid displays user-defined field values that are not selected. Double-click a value you want to select, or select a value, and then click the right arrow button.

Click this button to add the selected user-defined field value to the Selected grid.

Click this button to add all user-defined field values in the Available grid to the Selected grid.

Click this button to remove the selected user-defined field value from the Selected grid.

Click this button to remove all user-defined field values from the Selected grid.

Selected

This grid displays selected user-defined field values. Double-click a value to remove it from the grid, or select a value, and then click the left arrow button.
