Cancel Pick Demand Utility
Cancel pick demands.
Use Cancel Pick Demand Utility to cancel a large number of pick demands. Use this utility if you accidentally create unneeded pick demands and do not want to manually cancel each one. You can select to cancel pick demands for a specific location, product, batch, date range, user (that created pick demands), zone, warehouse wave, customer purchase order, order number, pick demand number, and/or bill of lading number. You can also select to cancel pick demands that are printed, unprinted, or both.
Note You cannot use Cancel Pick Demand Utility to cancel confirmed pick demands. To cancel confirmed pick demands, use Pick Demand Cancel.
To cancel pick demands:
Select criteria for the pick demands you want to cancel.
Click the Print Options tab.
Select a process option for the pick demand cancellation, and an output option for the report that summarizes the cancellation.
Click the OK button in the ribbon. The Question dialog box appears, and asks you to confirm whether you want to cancel pick demands.
Click the Yes button. Pick demands are cancelled based on the criteria you selected in step 1. The Pick Demand Cancel report is also output, and lists the number of pick demands that were cancelled.

If you want to cancel pick demands for a range of order numbers, enter the first order number in the range. This field is only available if the Order # radio button is selected, and is only enabled if the All Orders check box is cleared. |

Enter the last order number in a range of order numbers for which to cancel pick demands, or click the Lookup button to select an order number. If you want to only cancel pick demands for a single order number, you can leave this field blank. This field is only available if the Order # radio button is selected, and is only enabled if the All Orders check box is cleared. |

Select this check box to cancel pick demands for all pick demand numbers. This check box is selected by default, and is only available if the P/D # radio button is selected. |

Enter a pick demand number you want to cancel, or click the Lookup button to select a pick demand number. If you want to cancel a range of pick demands, enter the first pick demand number in the range. This field is only available if the P/D # radio button is selected, and is only enabled if the All Pick Demands check box is cleared. |

Enter the last pick demand number in a range of pick demand numbers you want to cancel, or click the Lookup button to select a pick demand number. If you only want to cancel a single pick demand, you can leave this field blank. This field is only available if the P/D # radio button is selected, and is only enabled if the All Pick Demands check box is cleared. |

Select this check box to cancel pick demands for all bill of lading numbers. This check box is selected by default, and is only available if the BOL # radio button is selected. |

Select this check box to collate the printed copies of the report (if you are printing multiple copies of the report). This check box is cleared by default, and is only enabled if you select the Printer radio button and enter a value greater than 1 in the Number of Copies field. Example You are printing five copies of a 20 page report to distribute to five different people. Leave this check box selected, so that pages 1-20 of the first copy prints, then pages 1-20 of the second copy, etc. If you clear this check box, five copies of page 1 prints, then five copies of page 2, etc. |

Select whether the task is run now or run by Scheduling Assistant. If you select the Schedule radio button, you can specify when the task occurs, and optionally set up an alert to be created when the task completes. These radio buttons are only enabled if the Disable Scheduling Assistant check box is cleared for your user ID in User Profile Maintenance. Note If you select the Schedule radio button, you cannot output to the screen. |

Scheduling Assistant Queue |
Enter an active Scheduling Assistant queue for the task, or click the Lookup button to select a Scheduling Assistant queue. This defaults to the default queue for your user ID. This field is only enabled if you select the Schedule radio button, and you are assigned to a queue other than the Default queue. |
