Export package information at the end of each day to a third-party shipping software.
Use End of Day Package Export to export package information to third-party shipping software, using a specific shipper interface. For information on setting up a shipper interface, see Shipper Interface Maintenance. The format of the exported file depends on the program selected for the shipper interface.
If a ProShip shipper interface is selected, you can print a UPS end of day label for the day's shipments to UPS, for one or multiple ProShip shippers at the same time.
Note Exported information is output to the output folder specified for the shipper interface in Shipper Interface Maintenance.

Click this button to export package information to the selected shipper interface. If the shipper interface is a ProShip shipper interface, this outputs a UPS end of day label. |
Reprint |
Click this button to reprint a UPS end of day label for a previously selected shipment batch. This button is only enabled if a shipment batch is selected for which a UPS end of day label was previously printed. |

Enter the location prefix for the package export, or click the Lookup button to select a location prefix. When you enter or select a location prefix, the location name is automatically entered in the Location Name field. For information on setting up location prefixes, see Location Maintenance. |

Enter the first date in a range of dates for the package export, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. This field defaults to the current date. This field is only available if the selected shipper interface is not a ProShip shipper interface. |

Enter the last date in a range of dates for the package export, or click the drop-down arrow to select a date. This field defaults to the current date. This field is only available if the selected shipper interface is not a ProShip shipper interface. |

This field displays UPS to indicate a UPS end of day label is being printed. This field is disabled, and only available if the selected shipper interface is a ProShip shipper interface. |

Click the Lookup button to open the Shipment Batch Selection window, in which you can select multiple shipment batches for printing a UPS end of day label. This Lookup button is only available if the selected shipper interface is a ProShip shipper interface. You can also click the button to the right of the Lookup button if you want to select a batch for which the UPS end of day label was previously printed. |

This grid displays all the ProShip shippers that are not selected. Double-click a shipper that you want to select, or select a shipper, and then click the right arrow button. This grid is only available if the selected shipper interface is a ProShip shipper interface. Click this button to add the selected shipper to the Selected ProShip Shippers grid. This grid is only available if the selected shipper interface is a ProShip shipper interface. |

Select this check box to save the Crystal Reports report (.rpt) file for the report to the folder entered in the Report Working Directory field for your user ID in User Profile Maintenance. You can use the report file to customize the report. For more information, see Crystal Reports FAQ. This check box is only available if you select the Screen radio button. |

Select this check box to save the Access database (.mdb) file for the report to the folder entered in the Report Working Directory field for your user ID in User Profile Maintenance. Enter the location for the output report, or click the Lookup button to navigate to and select a location. This field is only available if the Specify File Name check box is cleared. |

Click this button to display Excel Format Maintenance, which allows you to set up Excel formats. This button is only available if you select the Excel radio button. |

Select this check box if you want to include additional comments with the emailed report. If you select this check box, the Additional Comments window appears after you click the Print button in the ribbon, and allows you to enter the comments. This check box is only available if you select the Email radio button. |

Select this check box to collate the printed copies of the report (if you are printing multiple copies of the report). This check box is cleared by default, and is only enabled if you select the Printer radio button and enter a value greater than 1 in the Number of Copies field. Example You are printing five copies of a 20 page report to distribute to five different people. Leave this check box selected, so that pages 1-20 of the first copy prints, then pages 1-20 of the second copy, etc. If you clear this check box, five copies of page 1 prints, then five copies of page 2, etc. |
