To use Subcategory List, click the List button in one of the following windows:

Purpose

Select multiple product subcategories.

Overview

Use Subcategory List to select multiple product subcategories for filtering. For more information on product subcategories, see Product Subcategory Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Subcategory List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Subcategory Code	Enter a product subcategory code you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a product subcategory code.
Add	Click this button to add the product subcategory code entered in the Subcategory Code field to the Selected Subcategories grid.
Subcategory Code Begins	Enter the beginning of a product subcategory code you want to select in the Available Subcategories grid, or click the Lookup button to select a product subcategory code.
Available Subcategories	This grid displays product subcategories that are not selected. Double-click a product subcategory you want to select, or select a product subcategory, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected product subcategory to the Selected Subcategories grid.
	Click this button to add all product subcategories in the Available Subcategories grid to the Selected Subcategories grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected product subcategory from the Selected Subcategories grid.
	Click this button to remove all product subcategories from the Selected Subcategories grid.
Selected Subcategories	This grid displays selected product subcategories. Double-click a product subcategory to remove it from the grid, or select a product subcategory, and then click the left arrow button.
