Import data from a third-party WMS.
Use WMS Import to the following information into Apprise from a third-party WMS:
Pick demand confirmations - For import format information, see WMS Pick Demand Confirmation Import Format.
Pick demand cancellations - For import format information, see WMS Pick Demand Cancellation Import Format.
Pick demand status updates - For import format information, see WMS Pick Demand Status Update Import Format.
Packages - For import format information, see WMS Package Import Format.
Receipts (purchase order and container) - For import format information, see WMS Receipt Import Format.
Receipt counts - For import format information, see WMS Receipt Count Import Format.
Return receipts - For import format information, see WMS Return Receipt Import Format.

You can schedule data to be imported on a recurring basis using Scheduling Assistant, or by using the Client as an import processing Server. You can purge imported data that is no longer needed in Purge Data Utility.
To import WMS data:
Enter the location prefix or name that uses the WMS in the Location Prefix or Location Name field.
If you want to import WMS data using Scheduling Assistant or using the Client as a Server, select the Schedule or Server Mode radio button. If you do not want to import WMS data using Scheduling Assistant, skip to step 5.
Click the Schedule Job button in the ribbon. The Task Schedule Options window appears.
Specify the schedule for importing WMS data, and then click the OK ribbon button.
If you are using Server Mode, enter a frequency for the import process, and then click the Start Processing button in the ribbon. Otherwise, click the Import button in the ribbon. WMS data is imported into Apprise.

Click this button to stop import processing. This button is only available after you click the Start Processing button in the ribbon. |

Select this check box to import return receipt information. This check box is selected by default if the return receipt transaction is enabled for the selected location in Location Maintenance. |

Select this check box to import work order inventory adjustment information. This check box is selected by default if the work order inventory adjust transaction is enabled for the selected location in Location Maintenance. |

Select whether the data is generated by the client, Scheduling Assistant, or the client running as a server that can process imports on a scheduled frequency. If you select Schedule, you can specify when the task occurs by clicking the Schedule Job button in the ribbon. If you select Server Mode, you can specify the frequency of the process and monitor when the import process is run. |

Enter the frequency (in minutes) when the import process should occur. This field is only available if the Server Mode radio button is selected, and is only enabled if processing is stopped. |

This field displays the current status of the Server Mode import processing. This field is only available if the Server Mode radio button is selected. |

This field displays the last process that was run. This field is only available if the Server Mode radio button is selected. |

This field displays the last date the import process was run. This field is only available if the Server Mode radio button is selected. |
