To use Zone List, perform one of the following:

Purpose

Select multiple zones.

Overview

Use Zone List to select multiple zones for filtering. For information on setting up zones, see Zone Maintenance.

Click this button to close the Zone List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button

Description

Zone

Enter a zone you want to add, or click the Lookup button to select a zone.

Add

Click this button to add the zone entered in the Zone field to the Selected Zones grid.

Zone Begins

Enter the beginning of a zone name you want to display at the top of the Available Zones grid.

Available Zones

This grid displays zones that are not selected. Double-click a zone you want to select, or select a zone, and then click the right arrow button.

Click this button to add the selected zone in the Available Zones grid to the Selected Zones grid.

Click this button to add all zones in the Available Zones grid to the Selected Zones grid.

Click this button to remove the selected zone from the Selected Zones grid.

Click this button to remove all zones from the Selected Zones grid.

Selected Zones

This grid displays selected zones. Double-click a zone to remove it from the grid, or select a zone, and then click the left arrow button.
