Before printing pack lists, the software verifies the products have been picked and confirmed. The software also verifies that the pack list has not already been printed for the selected order(s).
You can enter the pack list form to print for each customer in the Pack List Form Name field on the Sales tab in Customer Maintenance. When printing multiple pack lists with different forms, pack lists using the same form are grouped together in the print run.
To output pack lists:
Enter the shipping location in the Shipping Location field.
Select filters for outputting pack lists.
Click the Print Options tab.
Select the process and output options.
Click the Print button in the ribbon to output the pack lists.
Note You can only print a pack list once in Pack List Print. You must use Pack List Reprint for multiple copies. Note that all users may not have access to Pack List Reprint. The word "Reprint" appears at the top of reprinted pack lists.

Click this button to display Alert Report Printing, which allows you to reprint alert reports. This button is only available if you click the Alerts tab. |
Recreate Pick Demands |
Click this button to fill in the Selection tab with relevant alert types and recreate pick demands for the quantities on the alert. This uses the same original warehouse wave for pick demands that initiated the alert for consistency. This button is only available if you click the Alerts tab. |
Related Demands |
Click this button to display Related Tasks for Pick Demand Alerts, which allows you to track what has been done on an order line. Click this button if you clicked the Manual Replenish button to create a task for an alert. You can see what you have done and what stage this move is in so you do not end up moving the same product more than once. This button is only available if you click the Alerts tab. |
Manual Replenish |
Click this button to create a bin move demand, either wireless or paper for a selected No Pick Bin or U/M Break alert. Inventory is allocated for the move and the demand must be confirmed in Wireless Warehouse or in Inventory Bin Move Confirm and Cancel. This button is only available if you click the Alerts tab. |
Generate Bin Moves |
Click this button to create pick alert move demands for alerts in the selected alert batch generated because no pick bin was available. This button is only available if you click the Alerts tab. If you click this button, you are asked to confirm that you want to create pick alert move demands. If you click the Yes button, the software attempts to automatically create the pick alert move demands. Note Pick alert move demands are used to move products to the primary pick bin for the unit of measure of the product/location (or the primary pick bin for the product/location if a primary pick bin is not set up for the unit of measure). Pick alert move demands are only generated if the primary pick bin is in the selected zone, product is in a bin from which it cannot be picked, the primary pick bin is set up for the product/location, and there are not existing bin move demands for the product. If the demands are created successfully, you are asked if you want to print the demands. Click the Yes button to display Inventory Bin Move Report, which allows you to print the pick alert move ticket and the Bin Move Summary Report. If the demands are not created successfully, you are asked if you want to print the Bin Move Summary Report. Click the Yes button to display Inventory Bin Move Report, which allows you to print the Bin Move Summary Report that provides information on why the bin move demands were not created. Note Pick alert move demands may be generated to move product for several pick demands if possible. The software attempts to pick in the most efficient method possible (from the fewest number of bins). If a product needs to be picked in multiple units of measure, a separate pick alert move demand is created for each unit of measure. |
