To use Category List, click the List button in one of the following windows:

Purpose

Select multiple product categories.

Overview

Use Category List to select multiple product categories for filtering data. For information on setting up product categories, see Product Category Maintenance.

Ribbon Home Tab Buttons

Button	Description
Exit	Click this button to close the Category List window.

General Tab Fields and Buttons

Field or Button	Description
Category Code	Enter a product category code you want to select, or click the Lookup button to select a product category code.
Add	Click this button to add the product category code entered in the Category Code field to the Selected Categories grid.
Category Code Begins	Enter the beginning of a product category code you want to select in the Available Categories grid, or click the Lookup button to select a product category code.
Available Categories	This grid displays product categories that are not selected. Double-click a product category you want to select, or select a product category, and then click the right arrow button.
	Click this button to add the selected product category to the Selected Categories grid.
	Click this button to add all product categories in the Available Categories grid to the Selected Categories grid.
	Click this button to remove the selected product category from the Selected Categories grid.
	Click this button to remove all product categories from the Selected Categories grid.
Selected Categories	This grid displays selected product categories. Double-click a product category to remove it from the grid, or select a product category, and then click the left arrow button.
