Default System General Ledger Accounts FAQ

Question: In what programs are the required default system general ledger accounts used?

Answer: They are used as the default general ledger account for some programs in the General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable modules. You can manually override most of these default general ledger accounts. They are intended to be a convenience to users to avoid manually entering the same general ledger accounts multiple times.
